sunshine Coast Aqua Aerobics – No Longer Running classes

We are starting two new shallow water aqua aerobics classes at Star Swim in Wises Rd Maroochydore every Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10.45am to 11.45am with a cost of $10 per session.

Sam (pictured) will be your instructor for both sessions; Sam has 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry with 6 years of Aqua Aerobics experience.

Sam currently teaches Aqua Aerobics at Nossa Aquatic Centre, Buderim Swimfit, Coolum Swimfit and Kawana Aquatic Centre. She holds her Certificate III & IV in fitness, National First Aid Certificate and Learn to Swim Certificate.

Our Aqua Aerobics sessions are just the thing for you if you are looking for a good all round form of exercise. Water acts as a cushion for the body’s weight-bearing joints, reducing stress on muscles, tendons and ligaments. As a result, aquatic workouts are low impact and can greatly reduce the injury and strain common to most land based exercises.
